Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment via Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
We reserve the right to decide when a contract with a customer is formed. We are not bound to supply the goods ordered until the order is accepted by us, that is until the goods are picked awaiting dispatch and payment is taken.
Shipping And Handling
Our standard carriage cost is £3.95 for a 7 working day delivery to mainland United Kingdom addresses.
Our 2-3 working day delivery service again applies to mainland UK and costs £5.95.
(Please note that when calculating the delivery service you require the above services do not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidys in the delivery times stated.)
Our Next Day signed for service is £7.95 and orders should be received before 1pm. This service may exclude the Scottish Highlands and Islands, we will advise you if we can provide a next day service to these areas and the cost before dispatch). We dispatch via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or our own courier, depending on the size of the order and how soon it is required.
The next day service does not cover deliveries required on a Satlease telephone 01202 764821 if you require delivery on a Saturday. Please note there is a surcharge for this service.
Delivery Schedule
If you do not require your goods urgently you should use the 7 working days delivery service, or for a quicker delivery use our 2-3 working days service which applies after the day we receive your order. Or our next day service which is a signed for service and guarantees delivery the next working day if you order by 1pm on the previous day. For Saturday deliveries, please phone 01202 764821 as there is a surcharge for this service.
Deliveries may be affected by seasonal demand or events outside our control, so you should plan well in advance if your party goods are required for a particular event. If the goods are required urgently, they can be dispatched via our guaranteed next day delivery service if the order is received before 1pm. This service may exclude the Scottish Highlands and Islands, we will advise you if we can provide a next day delivery service to these areas and the additional cost before dispatch.
Please let us know if goods are required by a certain date. If for any reason we cannot deliver the order in time, we will contact you and you will then have the option to cancel all or part of the order.
Responsibility will not be accepted for consequential loss or damage occasioned by errors or delay in delivery.
Back Orders
We reserve the right to alter details or designs of products illustrated without notice. If items are out of stock, we may suggest alternatives which are similar in design, colour, size, value etc. It is therefore essential that we have your telephone/fax number or email address so that we can contact you.
Tax Charges
VAT at the current rate is included in all prices.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption and are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We choose our stock carefully, only carrying those lines which we consider to be up to our high standards. However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer guarantees.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, the personal information which you give us such as name, address, phone number, email address and credit card details is used solely for the purpose of processing your order and to provide you with the best possible service. This information will be held securely and will not be disclosed to third parties. It is also not our policy to send marketing or unsolicited emails to our customers at any time. We ask for your contact telephone number and email address so that we can contact you if necessary about your order. This would only be if we wanted to verify details of your order, if we were out of stock of items you had ordered and wished to discuss alternatives, or to confirm delivery details. Cookies are used on this shopping site solely to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of goods. Notification must be in writing and the goods should be returned in a new condition, unused or unworn and in the original packaging. The cost of return is the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept responsibilty for returned goods if they are lost in transit to us. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain a free Proof of Posting Certificate or adequately insure the goods against lose. A full refund will be given within 30 days of cancellation.
Remittance Terms
All orders must be paid for before we can dispatch them. Prices are effective from January, and orders are accepted subject to our right to adjust prices quoted, to take account of changes in our costs. Your consumer's statutory rights are not affected.
